The track access management system is a product called  FAAC KEYDOM . The full manual for the system is here.

Access the track management system at: https://192.168.8.150/keydom/
It can only be accessed within the Bosco Centre WiFi network (Not guest network).
Login via the username/password (ask staff for this)

The Flow

1. A user signs up for membership by filling out a form on our website. The final section asks them if they'd like track access. Their details are saved to this spreadsheet automatically.

2. The user is automatically sent an email upon filling out the form, with SumUp Payment Links:

   1. Individual Membership: https://pay.sumup.com/b2c/QPF4QD7J

   2. Family Membership: https://pay.sumup.com/b2c/QFV334JW 

   3. Track Membership: https://pay.sumup.com/b2c/QSIW9WCL 

3. Once payment is received, the Bosco Centre email receives a message from SumUp of their transaction. (There's no way to automatically reconcile this currently)  

   1. Alternatively, a user can drop in their fee in person. 

4. A member of the Bosco adds them to the track system as per below. 

Adding a Member to the Track

After logging into the system:

1. Go to Visits

2. Create new visit

3. Fill out the user's name and email address. Set their visit time to 1 year ahead or end of current membership period. 

4. For Access Type, choose "Barcode". 

5. Hit "Start Visit"

6. Email the user to notify them that:

   1.  They have been added to the track

   2. Should have received an email from faackeydom with the QR code attached

   3. Check their spam folder
